Data-driven Humanitarian Response: Harnessing Data for Social Inclusion and Accountability

This session will explore two key tools - the CogniCity Open Source Software and the Humanitarian Disability Needs Estimation Tool - and how they can both enhance data-driven decision-making and response efforts in crisis situations.

CogniCity Open Source Software is a versatile platform designed for collecting and managing crowdsourced data during disasters, while the Humanitarian Disability Needs Estimation Tool focuses on assessing and addressing the specific needs of individuals with disabilities and other at-risk populations in humanitarian settings.
