Overview:

Located in the Market Place the Australia Host Stand brought together cross-sectoral stakeholders to showcase Australia’s national disaster risk reduction efforts. The initiatives showcased were complemented by presentations, through which experts discussed  specific projects ranging from resilience investment, innovative research, and mainstreaming disaster risk reduction into the Australian curriculum. Key findings from Australia’s national midterm review of the Sendai Framework were also showcased.
