To ensure an inclusive and multi-stakeholder approach to the Asia-Pacific Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction 2024, the Government of the Philippines and UNDRR invited interested governments, non-governmental organisations, United Nations entities, representatives from the private sector, civil society and media, as well as other stakeholders to shape the informal programme by organizing partner events, offering learning labs, speaking at the ignite stage and holding exhibition booths.

Applications for partner events, learning labs and the ignite stage closed on 31 May 2024; applications for exhibition booths closed on 31 July 2024. Successful applicants were informed of the outcomes of the selection process.
